1. Who owns this website

The owner of this website and provider of the services described on it is:

ECOM OLIMPO - FZCO is not established in Spain or in the European Union. We publish these identification details in the same detail required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, even though we are not a provider established in Spain, because we direct our services at a Spanish-speaking audience and anyone who is going to sign with us has the right to verify that the company exists.

If you want to check, ask us for a copy of the trade licence at info@ecom-olimpo.com and we will send it to you.

2. Data protection: who you deal with

ECOM OLIMPO - FZCO processes the personal data of people located in the European Union and is therefore subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) under its article 3(2). You have the same rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability that you would have against a company established in the EU.

To exercise them, or for anything else to do with the processing of your data, write to us at info@ecom-olimpo.com. We reply within one month. The detail of each right is in the Privacy policy, which also explains how to complain to the data protection authority in your country if you are not satisfied with our answer.

3. What this website is for

This website is informational and commercial. On it we describe the ecommerce execution services provided by ECOM OLIMPO - FZCO, we publish content about how we work, and we make a diagnostic form available so that you can request information or a call.

This website is not a shop: no products are sold and no services are bought directly from here. Filling in the form creates no obligation for you or for us. When an engagement does happen, it is documented in writing and governed by the Terms of engagement.

Nothing published on this website constitutes tax, accounting, legal or investment advice, nor a promise of a financial result. The data, figures and cases we publish relate to specific periods and contexts, are identified with their date and their scope, and do not predict what will happen in any other project.

4. Terms of use

By accessing ecom-olimpo.com you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

• Access to the site is free and open. We do not require registration to browse.
• You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, in good faith and in line with this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities harmful to third parties.
• You may not introduce malicious code into the site, attempt to access restricted areas, force the form, extract content automatically at scale, or carry out any action that could damage, overload or degrade the service.
• The data you enter into any form must be truthful and current, and you must be entitled to provide it. If you give us a third party's data, it is on you to have a basis for doing so.
• We reserve the right to block access, without prior notice, to anyone who breaches these terms or compromises the security of the site.

4.1. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We may suspend, modify or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in particular for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

4.2. Links to third-party sites

This website may link to sites we do not own: third-party platforms, tools, social networks or our own projects hosted on other domains. We do not control their content, their terms or their privacy policies, and we accept no responsibility for them. Once you leave ecom-olimpo.com, the legal notice that applies is the one on the site you land on.

4.3. Links to this website

You may link to ecom-olimpo.com provided that the link points to the home page or to a full page, without reproducing the content inside frames, without altering our visual identity and without suggesting a commercial relationship, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All the content on this site — text, structure, design, code, images, photographs, videos, graphics, screenshots, trade marks, logos, trade names and the name "our working method" (our insured-ecommerce method) — belongs to ECOM OLIMPO - FZCO or to third parties who have authorised us to use it, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Accessing the site transfers no rights over that content to you. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without written authorisation is prohibited, beyond personal use and quotation with attribution and a link to the source.

If you believe that any content published here infringes rights of yours, write to us at info@ecom-olimpo.com identifying the content and the right affected. We will review it and, if you are right, we will take it down.

6. Liability

ECOM OLIMPO - FZCO is not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from the information it contains, except where the law does not permit that exclusion. In particular, we are not liable for:

• The business decisions you take on the basis of the informational content published here.
• Failures, interruptions or data losses attributable to your connection, your equipment or third-party services.
• The content of third-party sites linked from this one.

The obligations we take on towards our clients are set out in the Terms of engagement, not in the commercial content of this website.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and tracking technologies is described in the Cookie policy, where you can also change or withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. For any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Dubai (United Arab Emirates), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.

This clause has a limit, and we are the ones telling you about it rather than waiting for you to find it: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this submission does not deprive you of the rights granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I, art. 6) and Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast, arts. 17 to 19). Nor does it affect your right to complain to the data protection authority that applies to you.

9. Amendments

We may amend this legal notice to reflect changes in the law or changes to the site. The version in force is always the one published here, with its update date at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

Geolocation and third-party attribution

This site detects the visitor's country in order to show the version in their language and the pricing for their market. Resolution happens entirely on our own server: the IP address is not passed to any third party and is not stored. It uses the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database, published under a CC BY 4.0 licence.

Detection only runs on a first visit and never on search engines. Your language choice, if you use the switcher, always takes precedence and is remembered in your browser. You can disable detection by adding ?nogeo to any address.
